Astero Mini

Astero Mini controller combines the typical operation modes of various reverse osmosis systems, adopts high-performance microprocessor chip and takes multiple reliability measures, the technology is mature and operation reliable; the control panel displays the operation status of the system by visual flow chart with LED indication lamp embedded. RO controller operates in a five-in-four-out way.

RO Matic NG

The reverse osmosis controller can give an idea about plant health by measuring conductivity, flow of product and feed water, pressure or pH/ORP and gives signal to pump and valves as per logic. An integral process mimic diagram with LED indicators along with a four line alphanumeric display ensures easy understanding of the plant status. This controller can be easily integrated with panels of any capacity system and prove to be a cost effective solution over conventional PLCs.

UF-Matic

Universal logic controller to suit all makes of membrane and all types of operating logics. It can be used to control not only feed and backwash pump but also 10 other outputs such as dosing pump and solenoid/motorized valve. Up to 30 user programmable steps (option of preprogrammed UF-Matic for specific membrane also available) with field settable timings. Facility to have CEB/CIP at desired interval also available.

STP/ETP-Matic NG

It's unique microprocessor based controller ideally suitable for most waste water treatment plant with facility to control feed pump, blower, sludge pump and transfer pump. Each drive can be automatically switched over to its standby drive after a set time interval. An integral process mimic diagram with LED indicators along with a four line alphanumeric display ensures easy understanding of the status of operation of the plant. This controller can be easily integrated with panels of any capacity system and prove to be a cost effective solution over conventional PLCs.
Built in RS-485 output helps in logging the data electronically, which can be reproduced for the inspection or audit purpose by government body.
